Look, I know that in South East Asia you might die if you eat an apple without peeling it first, but this is Europe. Raw meat, if fresh, is perfectly safe around here. I wouldn't eat chicken like that, it grows bacteria too quickly, and is gross, but beef and pork are perfectly fine to eat raw, as well as delicious.
