CE introduced new gathering and crafting challenges, such as

All of which forced you to use different strategies. But a lot of people didn't even notice because they use plugins to cheat, and they didn't bother getting gold on the recipes the plugin can't solve by itself. They should've locked a mount behind the achievement instead of a dumb title.
