At that point I would probably reach into the community headcanons to give their characters some substance. Like Mothra being Godzilla's wife whenever she's a monstergirl. Anguirus often gets seen as Godzilla's reliable old friend so you could probably do something with that. Or make them a shortstack since they're a short but stocky monster.
