I think illidan may lose this one. Ulq has better options for speed with sonido and his stat enhancers with his transformations. Illidan should be more powerful outright with his attacks and he may be able to regen pretty good from ulqs attacks but ulq just has way better regen and speed. He could force feed illidan into having to take so many lances it would eventually wear him down.
