He Qs you, you stun him and unload your combo. You win the trade, you chase with E and all-in. You go even or lose, you disengage with E and wait till he's low enough
He Es, you E and null his engage. He waits, you W when he goes in
He ults, time your E and W. You shutdown his engage and even outtrade him.
Try to keep passive at 3 or 4 stacks. So he's just comfortable enough to get baited but not enough to get intimidated and play passive
He roams, you roam with ult. You roam with ullt, you ask your jungler to defend tower because Fizz can't match you
Ping whenever he goes missing, don't let Fizz pick up tempo
Once you have 2 kills over him, he insta-loses. You can easily get that by roaming bot, and invading with your jungler if he plays passive.
