And this very thread already has people looking up each other's filenames and MD5. It is absolutely commonplace. Whenever you make someone here mad, if you posted a picture the first thing they do is look up your picture's source, filename and MD5 to see if there is anything they can use against you. It is 4chan'x equivalent of when redditors look up each other's comment history to find a glass ceiling.

I am now posting a picture that I posted 30 times in the past. I changed the MD5 and filename. Now no one can find it.
