If you're taking the leak that she's a strategist as fact then you also have to look at the abilities she supposedly leaked with.
It's all based around stealing abilities. Maybe that puts her in strategist but it also would also mean they really did find some way for Rogue to copy whatever abilities she from any character in a match.
I don't know how that would work with all the different body types but that leak is from the exact same one as her supposed role.
