What I'm getting out of your math is not that people at commander tables need to be running more lands, it's that they need to be running more draw and ramp.

For a deck that's throwing away cards especially they need more gas in hand, Not only that this dude is recurring mana producing creatures like nobody's business.

He could just add one of these new uncommons and be drowning in cards. I'm sure there's better choices, but literally a fucking 25c uncommon.
