This card's kinda neat
imagine a world where you have 3 ekkos on the board
>dump 12 mana on a draw spell or something
>crash one ekko
>get 12 mana
>play something crazy
>crash ekko 2 - 24 mana
>rinse and repeat
>48 mana turn
you get 36 back but you started with 12
he is blue though, if its like magic ig you play 48 mana to do nothing but draw cards
