One thing that has stuck with me during that time was the sheer coverage of it. Im talking hours on hours on end on TV and elsewhere and mind you i dont live in america, so it was pretty bonkers to live through it this deeply.

Besides the gigantic brick phones, i've witnessed the entire evolution of the cellphone and man if you told me 20 years ago that touchscreens would be the norm i'd hardly believe it.
