Fulgora could have rogue drones or something. Every time you mine scrap, there's a chance of waking one up from the scrap pile. You have to set up turrets around mining spots, especially the rich ones.
Aquillo should have had the space jellyfish they shown off years ago. They're attracted to heat. Their gimmick is that they float over and suck the heat out of your heatpipes. Freezing your base without giving any alarms that something is being destroyed. They should also have very high resistances to everything except fire.
