Added an old hard drive and some tape to better duct the air . Also rearranged the lower PCI cards
Still throttles but its a little better.

I didnt remove the back plate I modified it for the better. Half of it wasn't doing anything but blocking the heat sink airflow .
Also gigabyte cheaped out and didnt even put any thermal pads on it so thr backplate wasn't doing any cooling before I added some extra pads I had in stock .
BTW I didnt damage the shroud so I can still use it with the stock fans fine .
