In Isaiah 11 the prophecy of the Messiah it says Ephraim ( the 10 tribes) will no longer be jealous of Judah when the Messiah comes and Judah will no longer fight Ephraim ( the 10 tribes) and together they will subdue all of Judah's enemies.
Judah and Israel are enemies since Solomon caused God to divide them. The 10 tribes are jealous of Judah.
