The game arguably was too easy with shit like bonk hammer type spammy builds, and RoN was a fucking joke, which kicked off the streamer bitching, but all of the above was a consequence of Bungies shit pve balance and lazy raid design.

They didnt fix any of this by the way, but throwing out all the old systems that worked fine simply because they cant balance their game properly is so on brand for Bungie though. And raids are still designed lazily (“lets just slap 4 bullet sponges into it and call it a day). We’ll get a few “we heard your feedback” over the coming months as the game crashes, but dont expect any meaningful change until next summer since Renegades is already too far in the pipeline
