how the fuck do i learn moves as a white belt? i have no idea what to do in a randori. i know no moves and all moves seem complicated for me. the only think i normally do is try to practice my breakfalls because i'm getting fucked up anyway. fuck i should quit, dont know why i keep continuing after 3 months.
