You can put Justice on supports or non-dps sinners with spammable ults like Labyrinth. As for the others, you can put Eastside:Dream on Nox, Syndicate: Glory on magic dps's, and Providence with Tuning:Zero on any other damage dealers.
It's gonna take a bit to get enough Embrace of the Dead for everyone. But there are some other cbs that you can get from other parts of the shop that are better than Embrace but are more specific, and you can only get 1 copy of them.
