>you are surrounded by massive amount people your age your entire life, many opportunities for relationships
>your generation doesn't have many kids so all your money ends up in your own pockets
>barely any roads, hospitals, schools, building etc. were built so job opportunities were unlimited
>exploit third world china to the maximum, leave the superpower china for your children to deal with
>you retire in your 50's and pass the bill to younger generations (average retirement age in yugoslavia was 60 meaning many boomers retired in their 50's)
it was obviously better but it would have been regardless of who was in power. part of why we are having it bad today is because it was too good back then, in fact we are paying for it. those circumstances will never align again
