Of course there is, because those Material-based systems, whether governmental, cooperate, or more abstract, are all EGREGORES that have an Astral existence.
And it might sounds silly to say any of that is "towards Love", but if you compare to how brutal and "take your shit" everything with humanity USED to be? Modernity is a love-fest.

But then also, if you look at post-biological evolution, our Egregores/Astral Systems have evolved to be much kinder and gentler over time, just as our science has evolved to be more True.
