I think the class is really well designed, You aren't pigeon-holed into linear paths like the other classes, you have a wide variety of strong damage nodes and utility nodes on all trees that make almost anything feel viable. I can freely lean into the playstyle of my choice without having to sacrifice talent nodes that actually give me killing power, instead letting me focus on how I want to execute that power.
With that being said, I think I might have the strongest build.
Much like grenade veteran, your shock dog grenade inherits the bonus radius from bolt pistol's lethal proximity and the bleed and brittleness nodes also apply to enemies hit by the shock. If 2 people detonate their dogs on a pack of crushers at the same time, it will instantly delete them with the stacked bleed and brittleness stacks. Even just one person doing it is enough to finish them off with all the bonus damage on stagger talents you have stacked. Also the Maul + Shield is super fucking comfy; the combos make it feel like a weapon taken straight out of Vermintide.
