It doesn't literally explode people. But it "flings" an opponent at a very high speed while ripping their limbs and head off. The attack itself seemed invisible so I don't know if it was instantaneous or fast traveling, but when it touches an opponent they instantly die.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a look at the gear and I've been looking for it using Catalog Avatar Creator (and the noobtube gear to test on) but I've had no luck so far.
