Labs isn't that bad. You'll 100% run in to cheaters and sweats but that's just how labs is. Even as a timmy you can get some decent loot on labs. You can buy a res unit and a yellow card for 300-ish K and just hitting both those rooms will net you some decent cash. Or you can get real brave and drop the cash on a black card and hit a double ledx.
You won't hit that and It's not worth it
