To yunibro here is very basic Cag TP guide-
1. Arms crossed = L tp (moves back)
2. Arms apart = M/H tp (moves forward).
H tp has a hitbox if close enough to opponent. It's + on block.
Cagliostros will do jump H tp to punish throw techs. If you crouch the H tp it will not hit and you can anti air her on the way down.
If you block H tp standing you either block the jump normal or DP out
There is also air U DP but it's rarely used. You can hit her out of it, or spotddodge it and anti air her on the way down
