5'9" 185 lbs, estimated 24% bf
Been fighting to stay below 200 lbs for probably years now. I've made good progress the last 2 months, I think. I just need one last push to get me into the low 170s before I'm comfortable. I'm tired of being fat and seeing a second jaw in the mirror whenever I tuck my chin. Only intend on doing this diet for about 2 weeks before I increase the calories to a 500 deficit and ride into 165.
I gave myself some allowance for fruits and veggies, and I will also be taking a Flintstones vitamin every morning.
