We already knew that she was on janitor duty at H Corp but never knew what exactly she was doing or happened. Her inclusion just gives us more insight into that part. Lol& is just "from" Q Corp but not having done anything significant in it for him to be seen in Ryo's backstory. 100% going to be mentioned if the Middle is relevant though. Probably something along the lines of the LCB nearing enemy #1 status like him.
