I'm shocked that there's still people thinking that Kris is a "zombie" when the SOUL is out of their body.
Kris showed so much physical ability in Chapter 4 without us. They even were going to sleep without us at the end.
Kris only needs us for the Dark World stuff, probably just to shut the fountains. Without us inside, they just get to be themselves.
