So Mauga, I get the impression that on long distance you're supposed to switch between the guns. Set them on fire first and then go for the other gun to get overhealth, then on close range you go both ranges

But all enemy Mauga I played against just go both guns all the time which seems to create more value for them. Am I playing Mauga wrong or do I just fail to notice that the healer is doing a better job at keeping him alive?

How do people play those Dissolution of the Flesh builds? None of the builds I've seen allocate any sort of avoidance. Do people simply pray they do not get hit enough times in the 2 seconds window?
