Russians are pretty huge and they go all the way down compared to others if it serves their purposes
there's a lot of Romanians here that seem shady but also look like they're on call for Russia given who their financeers are
again, for Russia it's peanuts and they don't have this sort-of idealogical restraint that you're not really supposed to meddle with the innerworkings of the state (I mean everyone does a little, but Russians are happy to go the full way)
