OG RE4 was revolutionary. It was also heavily flawed in hindsight. Not being able to shoot while moving was fine because other slower-paced games like MGS2 worked the same way, but the SECOND Splinter Cell came out ALL TPS games began adding movement while aiming. RE4 shipping without that feature was a huge mistake.
