this is probably a trick and you are going to find out the game based off the description alone but i know a multiplayer game which is a bit like CDDA. Pretty sure it filters alot of people because it has a mechanic where u can rape other players and make them have ur kids who u can essentially turn into child soldiers who can also rape ur enemies
