I have Castorice E0S1 and Tribbie E1S0 (DDD), and Hyacine E0S0, currently using Herta cope Memory Curtain to reach 200 speed, what’s the best use of my next pull her LC or her E1?

Am I right in thinking her E1 seems better if I only ever use her with Castorice/Tribbie? But her LC is better for general use? But is her LC better than Memory Curtain and an extra Eidolon? It’s not like a new LC is extra power on top, it’s an incremental gain from a slighter weaker LC.
