Taggers put a lot of risk and effort into making their communities look ugly and unsafe. They take pride in making the world a worse place and costing taxpayers and property owners a great deal of money. Their motive is to basically claim their territory like an animal. They are degenerate narcissists.They are so deplorable, I don’t even pity them.
