I'm thinking about buying pic rel, should I? I think I'm eating pretty clean - muesli with either cottage cheese or skyr, eggs most of the time hard boiled. Chicken breast for meat, white rice and various mixed, frozen vegetables which usually contain potatoes, broccoli, carrot, corn, cauliflower etc. Other than that I eat cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion with cottage cheese as well, as for fruit it's usually strawberries, cranberries, prunes. Pretty much anything I can get at grocery store. The point I'm making is I think that I'm eating pretty clean and I eat a shit ton of vegetables, so technically I should be covered vitamin and mineral wise. However I'm not autistic enough to track my micros. Thoughts? Other that pic rel, any other recommendations? I'm lifting 4 days a week, running 12km (7.45 miles) every single day and on top of that I'm running HIIT on the non-lift days if that matters.
