comfy but if you earn 3k before taxes like op as a single (non-married) guy you will have 2.052,00 € left after taxes (picrel - https://www.brutto-netto-rechner.info/ ). nobody is going to give you that apartment. most people want you to have a net household income of at least 5 times the cold rent (kaltmiete). also electricity is not part of that warm rent and we pay a lot for electricity. probably the highest electricity prices in the world. also never get an apartment in the roof area/top of the house. we don't have AC here. you'll die in the summer.
