I haven't played the ff7 remake yet but with ff9 it's a different story, 9 already looks and sounds great and has a balanced combat system that doesn't play itself 2 hours in (it's still super easy but still). What would an "accurate" remake be? The exact same game but with the soulful pre rendered replaced with shitty 3D outsourced to some chinks or whoever they can get for cheaper?
