It's 8-4. They made Eden way less sympathetic overall. Zonda wanted adept control and an Eden on Earth. She saw non-septimals as dangerous sheep who'd always oppress adepts out of fear. Minos needed to be subjugated and forcibly brainwashed taught how to love, only then could there be coexistence. Tenjian was the one who wanted to use the muse to kill everyone without a septima. Zonda's probably one of the more moderate members of Eden in the end, and is damn benevolent considering all the things she's experienced and who raised her.
