I'm pretty sure it's an Archangel's Light scenario where they nerfed the shit out of the card at the last minute so red wouldn't get another good mythic right after they have to ban 3 cards in Standard because red was flourishing too much.
Which makes it even funnier because "Station 12+ etb tapped" is already such dogshit for a land that it probably could have said "You win the game" and still not been playable.
