I did all three laps back-to-back today, I usually rest for a bit between 5k step laps, but I challenged myself to do them all in one go. My back is killing me. It started out super hot, but luckily it turned overcast and drizzled for my second lap, and started to rain heavily on my third lap, that was a fucking relief, felt like I was going to die in the heat on the first lap. Apparently, I hit 102°F during that first lap. I'm drenched partially from the rain and partially from sweat. Fuck that was a lot. The weighted vest really does make it more difficult, especially these longer walks.
