As the blog puts it:
>The orange cat, Chata, has a sidequest revolving around finding his “hidden treasures”, which use the same icon as seed packets. Wonder first meets the cat in Zoshigaya, and sees he’s generally treated well by the others in their neighborhood. An old man claims to understand what the cat is “saying”, and tells Wonder about the story of how the cat used to rule the various neighborhoods in Tokyo. Wonder gets a part of the story each time he finds the cat’s “treasures” in a given neighborhood. The player will occasionally have a smaller treasure hunt pop up as an optional activity that costs an hourglass.

#9 (Toshiya Sumi/Sepia) apparently a former novelist turned unemployed fisherman, who's mentioned to be running from his past.
#3 (Seiji Shiratori/Fleuret) is one of the earliest Phantom Idols. He's a member of the fencing club and the son of a rich family - described as polite, but feeling somewhat alienated from others and longing to make actual connections despite not knowing how. Funny enough, he's read a few of Toshiya's novels.
They have a few Thieves' Den conversations as well.
