No a female hikikomori mangaka that functions as the mentor of the girls.
There is also her former classmate who is now a biker girl.
In episode 7 none of the main girls appeared and instead it focused entirely on the mangaka and her other female mangaka friends which made many people angry.

I drew this, haven't posted anywhere yet, but I may do a few more, I been having fun with the anime
