I bought those Cognizin supps. I found out why GFuel doesn't just add it to their regular product.
Or I think I did, anyway. I'll repeat this tonight and see if the same thing happens.
I'm taking ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea, bacopa monnieri, and lion's mane. a few more things, but those are all supposedly anti-stress, anti-anxiety, or anti-depression. Add cognizin, drink something caffeinated, suddenly - anxiety!
Like I said I'm gonna see if it happens again, tho.
