Unfortunately I wasn't able to think up an excuse compelling enough to get my fellow jurors not to indict on the gun possession charge, based on how absurdly broad the statute is. That is fucking WILD to me, because as written and understood on its face… every cop on patrol, especially on-foot, would be guilty under this statute at all times.
Despite this fact, initial show of hands marked me as the ONLY one I could see, out of 20 of us, who wasn't sold, and I think trying to convince the rest based on us not knowing the driver's occupation and therefore not being able to rule out the vehicle as a "place of business" was going to work. Might have been different if I could challenge the statute itself as absurd, but of course we're not allowed to do that openly. So in the interest of not being thrown out, I simply voted against the charge but remained silent.
Ah well, at least the guy was definitely guilty otherwise. We even saw dashcam footage from a police sergeant with a curiously thick Irish accent that was pursuing him that night. The dude was going 80mph down a dark, winding highway on a rainy night, and he ended up crashing into an oncoming car after literally flipping his car over onto its roof and, I shit you not, it fucking caught fire somehow. This is one of the reasons I'll miss hololive. There were always some official collabs going on where they would hire artists to make official themed costumes for her. Stuff like seeing her little train attendant uniform with the other girls always made me happier.

And yet she was in it anyway, completely negating everything you just said. Look, do I think there is absolutely no circumstance in which Cover would allow a talent skip holofes? Of course not. Thdy can't force them to work if they are injured or in the hospital. But there are clearly contractual stipulations that require them to record a performance for holofes and I sincerely doubt Gura would have been able to simply just say she didn't want to. The fact that not a single member has ever missed it, even ones that were sick, strongly supports that.

Realistically, Cover probably didn't know what Haachama's medical condition was going to be like the months befors fes and she still hadn't recorded her performance by the time the promotional materials had to be sent out. If they had said she was going to be in it, and she ended up not being in it, then they'd have to refund all of her fans who bought tickets to see her like they did with Rushia in 2022.
At some point later, Haachama WAS able to record a performance, and so they decided to make her appearance a surprise. In other words, they ended up getting a hold of her and both sides agreed that she was healthy enough to temporarily come out of her hiatus and record a performance for fes. If anything, that demonstrates how important holofes is to the company and how high a priority it is to them that everyone participates in it.

So she didnt graduate because she "was lazy and didnt like going to japan to do holofes" because she made sure to join the very last one that she could join

Yes retard. Holomen have skipped plenty of other events in the past, but none of them have skipped holofes. It would not surprise me at all if they required talents to record a performance for their flagship annual event as part of their contract. Unless it is unreasonable, contracts are enforcable across nations, especially ones that have treaties about such things, and they very well could sue her if she agreed to provide a service and failed to do so for no reason.
