It is what makes them extra fun in my opinion, from the outside they are a bunch of silly guys, in universe they are a horrific foe to face. Like the shokk attack gun as a concept is very funny concept of using an actual teleporter gun to teleport a goblin inside of someone, but that's actually horrifying from every perspective especially since it uses the warp.
