Yomagn'tho is leagues above other super weapons of the Universal Century, save the Angel Halo and Moonlight Butterfly. In a universe with solar weapons and weaponized colonies, it's a full on space-time distortion weapon capable of faster than light transportation and utilizing an generated Axis Shock/Zeknova to wipe out an entire Zeon fleet alongside consuming A Baoa Qu in a singularity. Few other super weapons throughout the various Gundam universes is as horrifying as Yomagn'tho.

This shows why the Federation of the original timeline was right in completely banning all Newtype technology and research, and outlawing even talking about Newtypes and homosexuality.
