No? I just said there is no chance the current MiSTer will be able to do DC and you would need all new hardware that has a much more powerful FPGA than the one in the MiSTer.

Yes. but poorly. It's recommended to connect a MT-32 Pi through the SNAC port instead:

There is no FPGA implementation of the MT-32 that I am aware of, so it runs on the DE-10's very weak CPU if you attempt to do it entirely on the MiSTer itself, which is why pretty much nobody uses that option and connects a MT-32 Pi (or even a real MT-32 if you have one) instead.
There was also someone working on a similar project for the SC-55, not sure how far along that is, apparently the MT-32 and SC-55 guys got into a fight.
