Every single competitive game, speedrunning included is effectively pointless.
There is no prestige truly gained from being the best at something that females and older populations despise.
The only objective benefit is your mind being pushed into scenarios it must innovate its way out of.
Cheating completely fucks this up. As someone who has to face a cheater, every single negative emotion that can be experienced is set off in your mind automatically.
As someone who has to carry a person that paid for their account and exists on your team, the experience is even further ruined for you.
Inflicting this on other people without even a good reason(I.E, survival, career furthering) qualifies you as one of the worst examples of humanity.
