You have Seven Pirates H, the whole "Level Up" system of the game is based on molding the breasts of the characters. Increasing/Decreasing their size, altering their shape, softness etc
This not only change the character stats but also their clothing, with bigger breasts making them more revealing and smaller making them more modest

The game have a "soft cap" for the max size but you can remove the limit on the options
