Recommend. Although its an incredible mod across the board unfortunately in the current version the "Breast Expansion" strategy is the worst one for the character. I also don't know if it qualifies for the initial ask but Cowtastic Café is one of the greatest BE games made to date. Lacto Escape is also good (but unfinished). It's currently getting a complete rework in a new game engine. Other than those BE witches technically counts but I don't personally like it very much.
