I want to see more implant and/or saline infusion related expansion. The nips are super weird about implants and will proclaim to dislike them while their wives fly to worst Korea en masse to get them done.

I love semi-realistic stuff. Hoses, saline infusions, etc. I love them quite literally being pumped full of stuff but the content is supremely rare. Implants are also one of those things that I like in theory but in practice, all of the implant content is focussed around them being implants, rather than the growth/before vs. after.
