The only entity that could possibly apply to is red eyes Homura from Kaiten, who is looking very likely to be the main antagonist of the movie. Because in the trailers she does express what seems to be a desire of proximity with Madoka. That doesn't means it's romantic of course, but at least she has that while regular Homura has the opposite.
I think it's supposed to be the "Homulily" side of Homura. Witches are the evil sides of magical girls.

She most likely wouldn't have kept her promise to Madoka of preventing her from contracting. If there's someone you want to fuck to the point of being obsessed with wanting to fuck that person, you're not gonna stop just because the person asks for it. Madoka asking Homura to go out of her way to put distance between them instead of them fighting together, and Homura doing it for so long without giving in to any temptation of just enjoying her life with a contracted Madoka and then kill themselves when they're about to witch out out something, betrays the fact that a life with Madoka is NOT what she's after, Madoka having a good life is, most likely regardless of what that implies or how it manifests.
