I feel like fucking passing out when my bpm reaches 186. i'm 27 male asian 65kg. I wonder if that's normal.

I can't run below 140bpm. it never goes under even if I just jog slowly. it soon reaches 140-ish and only higher as time goes

Yes, it is absolutely possible to have a fulfilling and successful life after 40. While some physical changes may occur, many individuals find their 40s to be a time of increased happiness, confidence, and new beginnings. Turning 40 is not an expiration date for personal or professional growth. It can be a launchpad for new opportunities and exciting chapters.
Here's why and how:
Success is defined by you: Define what success means to you, whether it's career advancement, personal growth, or a fulfilling personal life.
New skills and opportunities: Your 40s can be a great time to learn new skills, pursue education, or even change careers. Older entrepreneurs, in particular, often have a higher success rate than younger ones.
Increased confidence and less stress: Many people find that they care less about what others think in their 40s, leading to increased confidence and a more relaxed attitude.
Embrace change: Don't be afraid to reinvent yourself and make positive changes to improve your well-being, like reducing stress through exercise and mindful practices.
